Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are packed and dispatched through third-party fulfillment partners. The fulfillment location may vary by product and inventory availability. Zeniqas does not own or operate the fulfillment facilities.

Delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to a United States address. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and public holidays can add time.

Order processing

After you place an order it enters a processing queue for verification, packing, and dispatch. Transit to a United States address starts after dispatch.

Shipping confirmation

After dispatch, tracking is emailed when the carrier provides it. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to become active.

Lost shipments

If the carrier confirms that an order was lost in transit, we will replace or refund it. Contact support@zeniqas.com for assistance.

Multiple shipments

Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
