Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. You keep the item. We refund or replace it from the photos. Do not ship anything back. Neither our India address nor the US warehouse accepts customer returns.

Unused and change of mind
We do not accept unused or change-of-mind returns. We cannot receive packages in India, and our fulfillment partner’s US warehouse does not accept customer returns.
Do not ship anything
Do not send a package, and do not ship to our India business address. We do not publish a return address because we do not ask customers to return items.
