Look up your parcel
Our secure tracking page shows the latest carrier updates for your order. You can search either way:
-
Order number + checkout email or phone
Use the order number from your confirmation email (for example #1001) with the email or phone number you entered at checkout.
-
Or your tracking number
Once your order ships, the tracking number appears in your shipping confirmation email.

What your tracking status means
The tracking page shows carrier updates; this guide explains common order and delivery stages. Our estimate is 2–5 calendar days from ordering to delivery, including processing and weekends. That's an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
-
Processing
We've received your order and are getting it ready to ship. Tracking may show little or no movement yet.
-
In transit
The carrier has your parcel and it's moving through their network. It can go a while between scans.
-
Out for delivery
Your parcel is with a local driver and on its way to your address.
-
Delivered
The carrier has marked your parcel as delivered. Can't find it? The FAQ below explains what to do next.
Where do I find my tracking number?
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't see it. You don't need the tracking number to search, though: your order number with your checkout email or phone works too.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
Right after a shipping label is created, the carrier may not have scanned your parcel yet, so the first updates can take a little while. Once it's moving, there can also be quiet stretches between scans. If nothing has changed for several days, or your order is past its estimated delivery window, email us your order number and we'll look into it.
It says delivered, but I haven't received it
First, check around your door, your mailbox, any parcel lockers and your building's mailroom or front desk. It's also worth asking neighbors or anyone else at your address. If you still can't find it, email us your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.
Need a hand with your order?
